BENA hosted a workshop on how-to engage the Toronto 311 service. The overview was presented by a City of Toronto 311 staff member. This is a great portal to access the correct city service, to report for example:
- Graffiti or Garbage cleanup, Infrastructure repair.
- Importance of reporting to 311, to inform evidence-based monitoring.
NOTE: this is NOT 911 which should be used for emergencies. (i.e. fire, police, distress)
