Full Notice: 625 Church Street – CCM Notice

City Planning Division has received an application to amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 59-storey
mixed use building with an overall height of 201.9 metres (inclusive of mechanical equipment)
containing 10,660 square metres of office and retail uses and 651 dwelling units. The design
proposes to retain the west elevation of the existing 6-storey building in its entirety, as well as a
portion of the north and south elevations. New landscaped spaces and a pedestrian connection
between Charles Street East and Hayden Street are proposed. The proposed development would
have a total gross floor area of 56,499 square metres, which would result in a Floor Space Index of
18.2 times the area of the lands. The application proposes 260 vehicular parking spaces and 706
bicycle parking spaces.
